30-day money-back guarantee

If the Course isn’t right for you, email admin@wildfirewatchdog.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with, and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

How it works

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Once a purchase is refunded, your access to the paid parts of the Course ends.

After 30 days

We don’t normally refund purchases after 30 days. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or being unable to get into the Course, email us and we’ll put it right.
