These terms cover your use of networkpluscourse.com and the Network+ study course sold on it (the “Course”) by Wolfnerd & Sons (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying the Course you agree to them.

What you get

A one-time payment gives you personal, lifetime access to the Course for as long as we operate the site: lessons, videos, quizzes, practice exams, audio lessons and glossary, plus any updates we add later. Access is for you alone. Please don’t share your login or copy, resell or republish Course material.

No exam guarantee

The Course is study material for the CompTIA Network+ exam. We can’t promise you’ll pass, and the Course doesn’t include an exam voucher. CompTIA and Network+ are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. The Course is independent and isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CompTIA.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. If the Course isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our refund policy.

Accuracy

We work to keep the material accurate and current, but it may contain mistakes, and exam objectives change over time. If you spot an error, please tell us.

Your account

Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts that are used to share access, abuse the site or break these terms. If that happens after a purchase, we’ll refund you as described in the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

The Course is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don’t apply retroactively to purchases you’ve already made.
